WE MAKE UP” E-GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ON LINE RULES AND REGULATIONS

THE E-GIFT CARD EXPLAINED The E-GIFT CARD is a digital card that can be purchased on line by a Customer on the www.wemakeup.it Website (the “Website”), administered by WE MAKE UP S.R.L., and issued to the bearer; it can be used to make future purchases or given to family and friends.
E-GIFT CARDS are sent vial email to the recipient indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately, in the manner indicated below, to purchase products on the Website.
The E-GIFT CARD constitutes a form of payment only and is not in any way intended as a financial instrument.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
The E-GIFT CARD has no expiration date and can be used until the credit balance is exhausted.
FEATURES
THE E-GIFT CARD will be issued in the amount determined by the Customer from a minimum of € 15 to a maximum of € 200.
There is no charge for issuance or activation of the card, nor are commissions charged on its use.
It cannot be recharged.
The total amount of the E-GIFT CARD can be used for one or more purchases from the Website until the credit balance is exhausted. For purchases of a larger amount, the difference can be made up with other forms of payment.
It cannot be used to purchase other E-GIFT CARDS.
The E-GIFT CARD will be associated with an email address. After purchase, an email will be sent to the recipient’s email address.
A personalized message from the sender will be included in the email along with the total value of the E-GIFT CARD and a link to access it on the Website. The E-GIFT CARD recipient must register or log in to the Website www.wemakeup.it using the same email address associated with their card. The amount paid can be found on the “Shopping Cart” page in the “Balance” section.
Should the value of the E-GIFT CARD not be used by its expiration date, the Customer will have no right to a refund nor to reimbursements of any kind.
The E-GIFT CARD cannot be converted to cash and the balance on it cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
TERMS OF USE
The issuance and use of an E-GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these terms of use, available on the Website and valid until explicit modification or replacement of the same.
PROPER USE OF THE E-GIFT CARD
We Make Up reserves the right to ascertain proper use of the E-GIFT CARD and to intervene in case of verified infringement.
Any E-GIFT CARD obtained through fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.
